Borough: Greenwich
Horn Park
All Saints' Churchyard 16k
Horn Park Football Field
The name 'Horn Park' is said to relate historically to the fact that this area used to be one of the King's hunting grounds. Hunting horns were used by the hunters to communicate to each other when shouts could not be heard. Another suggestion for the origin of the name has been suggested - look at the page for Hornfair Park to find out.!
